BLUE PLATE	SPINACH ENCHILADAS – Two corn tortillas are filled with a sauté of spinach, mushrooms and onions, topped with queso fresco and a New Mexico chile sauce and served with white rice. -- $7.99
TACO	GROUND PORK – A sauté of ground pork, herbs and spices is served with chipotle-tomato sauce, cilantro and onions in a corn tortilla. -- $2.19

Tacos $2.19 each (All tacos served in soft flour tortillas)
MEMPHIS	Chopped smoked pork with a spicy jalapeños cole slaw and tequila BBQ sauce.
BRISKET	Shredded beef brisket with pico de gallo.
FRIED CHICKEN	Strips of fried chicken breast, lime jalapeño mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato.
CARNITA	A Mexican favorite. Twice cooked tender pork with salsa frita, cilantro & onions.
FISH	Tilapia dipped in an egg wash rolled in corn masa and bread crumbs and deep-fried. Served with poblano tartar sauce and pickled jalapeños.
VEGGIE	Veggie jalapeño refried beans, queso blanco and roasted tomatillo salsa.
