Calamari Fritti – Calamari lightly floured and deep fried. Served with a marinara sauce.  
Clams Arreganata – 4 top neck clams topped with a lemon herb butter, blue crabmeat and bread crumbs then baked.  
Baked Brie – Brie topped with sliced almonds and honey then wrapped in puff pastry. Served with seasonal fruit.  
Escargots – 6 Imported snails mixed with lemon herb garlic butter topped with puff pastry.  
Mozzarella Caprese – Fresh mozzarella and vine ripe tomatoes topped with with fresh basil, roasted red peppers, cold pressed extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.  
Aracini Di Riso – 2 Risotto balls stuffed with fresh mozzarella then deep fried. Served with basil pesto and marinara sauce  
Mozzarella Fritti – Fresh mozzarella lightly breaded and sauteed in olive oil. Served with tomato sauce and anchovy cream sauce.  
Deep Fried Ravioli – 6 Breaded cheese ravioli, deep fried and served witih marinara sauce.  
Bruschetta Alla Napolentana – Grilled bread topped with diced roma tomatoes, garlic, basil, extra virgin olive oil and fresh mozzarella. .

Pasta Alla Vongole - Clams sauteed with olive oil, garlic, herbs, and wine. Served over linguine.  
Veal Parmigiana – Veal lightly breaded and sauteed in olive oil then topped with mozzarella and tomato sauce. Served over pasta with tomato sauce.  
Veal Marsala – Sauteed veal breast served over pasta in a marsala mushroom butter sauce.

Salsiccia Napolentana – Sliced sausage sauteed in olive oil, garlic and fresh basil then tossed with tomato sauce, Parmesan cheese and Penne pasta.  
Lucia Napolentana – Pasta sautéed with garlic and olive oil then tossed with fresh basil, tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella cheese.
Fettucine Alfredo – Fettucine sautéed with garlic and butter then tossed with heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.  
Tortellini Tricolore – Spinach, tomato and flour tortellini cooked in a sauce of sun dried tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic and cream. Tossed with peas and proscuito.

About Mama Lucia's Italian Restaurant:
“Located in Ashley Park, near the Georgian Cinemas, we bring you the best in true Italian cooking. Food was a tradition in my family. My mother was Italian and I learned how to prepare her tomato sauce even as a young boy. Now I am proud to bring to you a taste of what she taught to me as well as a few dishes of my own.

Mama Lucia's is a family-owned and operated restaurant. My wife, Barbara supervises the dining room, over-seeing the customers' needs. My son, Leon, and I work together in the kitchen. Leon is the youngest of our three sons and has become quite skillful.

We make our own chicken and veal stocks fresh to use in our sauces. This makes for the best, most subtle flavors. The Alfredo sauce is made with the richest cream on the market but if you are a true Italian, then you will want to try our spaghetti and meatballs! Our authentic Italian dishes will keep you coming back to visit us again and again.
