Once Upon a time, in the County of Gwinnett, there was an enchanted community named Sugarloaf. In this place there lived some wise men. They were successful and prosperous and all was well...or so they thought. Sadly, to and from around Gwinnett they were amazed to find the entire population famished and parched. The wise men heard terrible tales of wicked food and trollish service. The people would've cried out for help, but they were really, really thirsty! Time passed and there was no relief. Until...Sir Richard of Kiwiland, wisest of the wise men, decided he'd had enough. He requested an emergency summit and invited his most trusted allies. They all agreed something had to be done. But what?!?

Just then, magically, a rainbow appeared! They decided to follow it to see what they would find. They reached the end of the rainbow and found a beautiful grassy hillock. Upon this knoll was a little fella, lying on the ground, clad in charcoal pants and a green coat and hat. He gazed and grinned at the men, as he relaxed on the lush grass. He seemed to relish in their excitement. The wise men were thrilled and overwhelmed with their good fortune.
