Our steaks are aged then hand-cut daily on premises. We grill over mesquite wood.
This particular type of wood has been the choice of true Texas cooking for over 200 years.
Every few months, we bring in a tractor trailer load of mesquite wood from Texas.
All steaks are served with soup or salad and your choice of one of the following side items:
French Fries sweet potato fries, garlic mashed potatoes, sauteed mushrooms and/or onions,
cinnamon apples, baked potato, baked sweet potato, or onion rings.
Substitute a loaded baked potato; loaded sweet potato or loaded mashed potatoes for only .99
