About Blue Sky Grill Restaurant:
It all began in 2002 in Athens, Georgia. Two young college students fresh from the University of Georgia decided to move home to Moultrie to start something that Moultrie was lacking, a full service restaurant for everyone. Originally called Vern and Fireball's Blue Sky Grill the restaurant was an instant success, offering a menu with a little something for everyone, full bar and live entertainment. The name was subsequently changed to Blue Sky Grill when Randy "Fireball" Bannister assumed full ownership, but the atmosphere and charm remained.

To this day six years later Blue Sky has remained an integral part of the downtown nightlife. Fireball still owns the place and has brought in Russell Harrell to manage it, along with Chris "Vinny" Morris to bartend, and Cameron Barfield to assist in running the Kitchen.

Now Russell and his wife Lezlie have taken the reins and are continuing to serve up the same great food and charm.

With a full staff of local workers Blue Sky stands out in the Moultrie restaurant industry due to it's ability to appeal to a wide variety of customers,it's unique atmosphere, and unwavering commitment to bring the best food to the table each and every meal.
